As I was driving to a meeting I heard the news on the Radio 4’s PM programme about the 73 old Austrian Josef Fritzl who has held his own daughter for 24 years in his celler and sexually abused her including fathered 7 children from her. وكما كان يقود الى اجتماع سمعت الاخبار على الراديو 4 للبرنامج حوالى الساعة ال 73 من العمر النمساوي جوزيف fritzl عقد من بلدة بنت لمدة 24 عاما في بلدة celler للاعتداء الجنسي واصبح ابا له بما لها من وظيفتها 7 اطفال. He actually confessed to his crimes! وقال انه اعترف فعلا لجرائمه!
I physically felt sick! انا مريض جسديا ورأى! What kind of animal would do that? اي نوع من الحيوانات وسوف نفعل ذلك؟ In fact calling him an animal would be an insult to the animals. في الواقع يدعو له حيوان ستكون اهانة للحيوانات. He is worse than animals. وهو اسوأ من الحيوانات.
I can not think of any punishment that would befit this man. لا أستطيع ان افكر في اي تناسب العقوبه التي من شأنها ان هذا الرجل. Should he be killed? وقال انه ينبغي ان يكون قتل؟ Should he be locked up? وقال انه ينبغي ان يكون مغلق؟ Either way nothing will give back to the innocent victim her lost 24 years, her dignity, her life and sanity! وفي كلتا الحالتين لا شيء يعطى العودة الى بلدها ضحيه بريءه فقدت 24 سنة ، وكرامتها ، وحياتها والتعقل! Nothing will remove this man’s crime from lives of these children, the irony is these children are the living proof. لا شيء يزيل هذا الرجل الجريمة من حياة هؤلاء الاطفال ، ومن المفارقات هؤلاء الاطفال هم الدليل الحي.
How should Austria deal with him? النمسا كيف ينبغي التعامل معه؟ How should the world deal with such crimes and criminals? العالم كيف ينبغي التعامل مع هذه الجرائم والمجرمين؟ I feel if we stay silent or delivers a disproportionate punishment we would all be guilty of committing a grave crime against the victim of this ordeal. اشعر اننا اذا البقاء صامتة او يسلم عقوبة غير متناسبه ونحن جميعا قد ادين بارتكاب جريمه خطيرة ضد الضحيه من هذه المحنه. For she deserve justice! لأنها تستحق العدالة! My heart goes out to the innocent children! قلبي يخرج الى الأطفال الابرياء! Can you imagine growing up with such a history? لا تستطيع ان تتخيل تكبر مع هذا التاريخ؟
This reminds me of Natascha Kampusch, the Austrian teenager held captive in a cellar in a house in a Vienna suburb for eight years, who ran to freedom in 2006. وهذا يذكرني ناتاشا كامبوش ، النمساويه مراهق وقعوا في الاسر في قبو في منزل في ضاحيه فيينا لمدة ثماني سنوات ، ودار الحديث على من الحرية فى عام 2006.
It does pose a serious question for many people - should every cellar in Austria be checked? انها لا تشكل مسألة خطيرة بالنسبة لكثير من الناس -- كل قبو ينبغي ان تكون دققت في النمسا؟ It is better to be safe then sorry. والأفضل هو ان تكون آمنة بعد ذلك عذرا. I know Austrians are shocked and disturbed by this news but this would haunt Austrians for a long time unless they deal with this propblem decisively. وانا اعرف النمساويين صدمنا والانزعاج ولكن هذه الاخبار وهذا من شأنه ان النمساويين تطارد الناس لفترة طويلة الا اذا كانت معالجة هذه propblem بشكل حاسم. How many more cellars are holding young children captives? فكم من اقبيه تحتجز الاسرى الاطفال الصغار؟ How many more are being abused? فكم من سوء المعامله ويجري؟

I was invited to Peterborough to deliver a lecture on what would Prophet Muhammad (peace be on him) say if he was to descend amongst us today. وقد دعيت الى بيتربرو لالقاء محاضرة حول ما من شانه ان النبي محمد (عليه السلام) اقول اذا كان ينحدر الى بيننا اليوم. The lecture was held in one of the Mosques in the middle of the town and attracted a good crowd, all of them were Muslims. المحاضره التي عقدت في احد المساجد في وسط المدينة ، واجتذب الحشد جيدة ، وكلهم كانوا مسلمين. In my personal view I believe if the blessed prophet was here today he would encourage all people to - وفي رأيي الشخصي واعتقد اذا كان النبي المباركه هنا اليوم وقال انه يشجع جميع الناس ل--
1. Find peace in their lives and spread peace in the world 1. البحث عن السلام في حياتهم وانتشار السلام في العالم
2. Care for the people of the world regardless of the background 2. الرعايه لشعوب العالم بغض النظر عن الخلفية
3. Share the good teachings of Islam حصة الجيد لتعاليم الاسلام
4. Open the doors of the mosques so everybody could benefit from them افتحوا ابواب المساجد الجميع حتى يمكن ان يستفيدوا منها
5. Work together for the common good العمل معا من اجل الصالح العام
“You have been sent to be nothing but a mercy to the universe”, God clearly summarized in the Quran the Prophetic mission. He stood by the poor and the needy to create a society based on honour and equality , he challenged the oppressors and declared justice as an absolute moral imperative, he restored the rights of widows and gave shelter and hope to the orphans. "لقد قمت بإرسال ان ليس إلا رحمة للالكون" ، ومن الواضح ان الله لخصت في القرآن الكريم فان البعثة النبويه. وقال انه وقفت الى جانب الفقراء والمعوزين الى انشاء مجتمع قائم على المساواة والشرف ، وتحدي الطغاه وأعلنت العدالة المطلقة واجب اخلاقي ، وهو استعادة حقوق الارامل واعطى المأوى والأمل الى الايتام. He embodied all the goodness, morality and character. He said in one of his speeches that he was sent to refine to perfection the character of people and if he was here today he would do exactly that. وجسد كل الخير والاخلاق والطابع. وقال في احدى خطبه انه كان ارسل الى صقل شخصية الى حد الكمال من الناس واذا كان هنا اليوم وقال انه سيفعل بالضبط.
